National Sales Manager
Andy joined Winchester in 2015 as a Senior Business Development Manager after previously holding roles with SPIROL International, Amphenol RF, and Hubbell. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Management from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY. Andy has also authored several Case Studies for Winchester, including HHD-BNC for 12G SDI Video Router; Ganged RF for High Frequency; Triple Shielded Cable Solution; Low Insertion Loss Semi-rigid SMP Cable Assembly; and Quick Disconnect Fiber Contact – Hybrid Cable Assembly. A fun fact about Andy is that he has finished a “Toughman,” which is a half Ironman.
Manager of Corporate Communications
Denise has been with Winchester Electronics since 1997 and currently holds the role of Manager of Corporate Communications. Aside from her many previous roles within Winchester, Denise also has prior experience with Reynolds Carbide Die Co. and Envirite Corporation. Advocating for children and young adults in her community has been her passion throughout the years and, as a fun fact, Denise is well known for her homemade fudge and has been dubbed the “fudge lady.”
Jacqui joined the Winchester team in 2015 as a Marketing Analyst. She received her Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and previously held the roles of Application Engineer and Sales Engineer with SPIROL International. Jacqui makes a difference in the community by volunteering with Type One, LLC. and is a huge fan of books, particularly Harry Potter.
Director of Human Resources
Jasmine has been with Winchester since 2011 as Director of Human Resources after previously holding roles with Whalen Engineering, Black & Decker, and Aquarion Water Company. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Central Connecticut State University. Jasmine has a great touch for interior decorating and, as a fun fact, she has the same musical tastes as an 11 year old.
John joined Winchester a year ago as CFO after roles with Soundview Paper Company and Teleflex Incorporated. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from East Stroudsburg University and makes a difference in his community by serving on the ESU Foundation Board as Vice Chairman. Fun fact about John is that he’s a total foodie who enjoys cooking and discovering new cuisine.
President & CEO
Kevin, Winchester Electronics’ President and CEO, has been with the company since 2010. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, and his MBA from Boston University. Kevin brings a plethora of industry experience from his prior roles at Teradyne and Amphenol. Fun facts about Kevin are that he lived on a boat in Boston Harbor for 2 years, and enjoys impressing the Winchester team with his feats of strength.
Vertical Market Manager - Military/Aerospace
Mike has been with Winchester since 2011, and joins the team after previously holding various management roles at Amphenol PCD. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, and his MBA from Endicott College. Mike is currently the Vertical Marketing Manager for our Military & Aerospace industry.
Vertical Market Manager - Medical
Nayvi joined Winchester in 2010 and has held many roles in the organization, including customer service and quality positions, prior to joining the Vertical Marketing team in 2016, where she will manage the Medical market. She has a degree in IT Engineering from Nogales Technologic Institute and a Master’s Degree in Education from Professional Development University. As a fun fact, Nayvi previously taught at a local college and thought it was a lot of fun…and she hopes her students say the same!
Vertical Market Manager - Semiconductor
Peter joined Winchester in 2016 as Vertical Market Manager for the Semiconductor industry. He earned both his Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering and his MBA from Arizona State University. He has been in the interconnect industry since 1992, having held positions with Thomas & Betts, PCD/Wells-CTI, and High Speed Interconnects. Specifically within the Semiconductor industry, Peter also has 10 years of experience at Intel Corporation. He is extremely active with his children’s activities, as well as outdoor activities such as hiking and running. As a fun fact, his Arizona State University football tailgates are rumored to be a must attend!
Group General Manager - Ruggedized Industrial
Roger has been with Winchester for a year as Group General Manager for the Ruggedized Industrial Group, joining us after management roles with Amphenol and FCI Electronics. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. He holds a US Patent (#6,034,639) for the mechanical design of collapsible antennas used in mobile phone applications, and contributes to his community by raising 5 children to be educated, hard-working, law abiding citizens. A fun fact about Roger is that he has lived in several countries outside the United States, including Finland, Russia and Korea.
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Ross has been with Winchester since 2012 as Director of Business Development, and previously held roles at Longroad Asset Management, deVisscher & Co, and Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Economics from Middlebury College, and an MBA with an Accounting and Corporate Finance concentration from Boston College. A fun fact about Ross is that he once participated in throwing out the ceremonial first pitch at Fenway Park.
Group General Manager - Engineered Cables
San has been with Winchester since 2009 and heads our Engineered Cables group as Group General Manager. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University and is a lifetime member of both Alpha Pi Mu (Industrial Engineering Honor Society) and Tau Beta Pi (National Engineering Honor Society.) San makes a difference in the community by volunteering with the Boy Scouts and local youth groups, and a fun fact about him is that he enjoys writing, inventing, and building.
Group General Manager - Precision Connector
Stephen has been with Winchester since 2014 and is Group General Manager for our Precision Connector Group. He has previously held COO and CFO positions with TRU Technologies Inc. and Barrie House Coffee Co., respectively. He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from Northeastern University and completed the Advanced Management Program through Harvard Business School. He makes a difference in the community by supporting the Foster Kids of Merrimack Valley and Vinfen. A fun fact about Stephen is that he’s a youth soccer coach.
