National Sales Manager
Andy joined Winchester in 2015 as a Senior Business Development Manager after previously holding roles with SPIROL International, Amphenol RF, and Hubbell. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Management from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY. Andy has also authored several Case Studies for Winchester, including HHD-BNC for 12G SDI Video Router; Ganged RF for High Frequency; Triple Shielded Cable Solution; Low Insertion Loss Semi-rigid SMP Cable Assembly; and Quick Disconnect Fiber Contact – Hybrid Cable Assembly. A fun fact about Andy is that he has finished a “Toughman,” which is a half Ironman.
Northwest Regional Sales Manager
David has been with Winchester since 2014 and has 25 years of experience in the industry. All of his prior roles have been as a sales expert in the RF and Microwave industry. He covers Northern California, Washington, Oregon, Northern Nevada, and Idaho. David is passionate about establishing himself as a knowledgeable and trusted resource for problem solving. David also gives back to his community by being a volunteer coach for local youth soccer leagues.
Director of Sales & Marketing - Ruggedized Industrial Division
Dennis has been with Winchester since 2012 and has 35 years of industry experience. He previously held multiple positions at Amphenol, Pyle National, FCI, and Clements National before joining Winchester. Dennis is specialized in electrical circular connectors and cable assemblies, ethernet connectors and cable assemblies, and junction box assemblies for ruggedized applications in Rail Mass Transit and Marine Oil & Gas markets. He is a member of the American Public Transportation Association, Railway Supply Institute, and the Midwest High Speed Association. Dennis is also the author of Case Studies titled Custom Engineered Junction Boxes and VN-PC Ethernet for Next Generation Passenger Rail Cars. He gives back to his community by volunteering at church functions and fundraisers and, as a fun fact, he played football in both college and high school, a feat for which he is now “feeling the pain.”
Technical Sales Manager - Southwest
Doug has been with Winchester since the acquisition of TRU Corporation in 2014 and has over 38 years of industry experience. His prior roles include VP Sales and Marketing at Semflex, VP Sales and Marketing for Dynawave, Business Development Manager for TRU Corporation and Business Development Manager for Signal Technologies. He specializes in RF and Microwave Low Loss Phase Stable Cable Assemblies, and all RF and Microwave Interconnects. Doug is an IEEE member and holds multiple patents, though for non-electronics related objects. He makes a difference in the community by volunteering through his church and with organizations for the disabled. Fun facts about Doug are that he enjoys skin diving, white water rafting, fly fishing, and wine collecting.
Applications Engineer - SRI Hermetics
Joe joined Winchester Electronics in 2014 and has 10 years of experience in the industry. His prior roles have included Manufacturing Engineer, Finance Manager, and Manufacturing Manager. He is our Global Hermetics expert who is passionate about providing solutions to meet high reliability hermetic requirements.
New England Regional Sales Manager
John has been with Winchester since 2007 and has 30 years of experience in the industry. He has held prior roles as a procurement engineer and electronic distributor. He covers Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Canada, and Europe. He is passionate about working with customers to solve their interconnect problems. He gives back by volunteering with the local community garden and, as a fun fact, he plays guitar and jams with his friends in a classic rock band.
New England Sales Coordinator
Kaitlyn has been with Winchester since 2016, joining the team as a Sales Coordinator supporting the New England region. She has a degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Rhode Island, and has been in the customized interconnect industry since 2011. She has previously held positions with Amphenol PCD as a Product Specialist, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center as a Research Lab Coordinator. She gives back to her community by supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters of Boston, and participating in the Pan Mass Challenge – a cycling event through which she and her family have raised over $100,000 for the Jimmy Fund and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. As a fun fact, Kaitlyn was a competitive figure skater and went on to become both a professional figure skater and a youth coach during and after her college years.
Southeast Sales Coordinator
Kyle has been with Winchester since 2016, joining the team as a Sales Coordinator for the Southeast region. He joined the team with 7 previous years of sales experience with companies like W.W. Grainger and YP, and has been working in the customized interconnect industry since 2015. Kyle has his BA in Communications with PR and Advertising from Anderson University, and gives back to his community by “Paying it forward” with random acts of kindness. As a fun fact, Kyle has torn both his ACLs through high school athletics – he’s sure his bumps and bruises will eventually catch up to him.
South Central Regional Sales Manager
Landon joined Winchester in 2016 with over 9 years of experience in the industry. Landon began his career in distribution at TTI, Inc. and was the Field Sales Manager at Powell Electronics. Landon was also the Business Unit Manager for Raytheon SAS, and Regional Sales Manager while at AirBorn Inc. He spent 4 1/2 years serving in the Marine Corps and is passionate about working closely with his customers to proactively find solutions. He enjoys helping fellow Veterans as an active member of the VFW and has served as the Senior Vice Commander and Advocate of the local VFW Post. As a fun fact, he loves to BBQ and has even placed in several regional competitions.
Mid-Atlantic Sales Representative
Matt joined Winchester in 2016 as a Regional Sales Representative for the Mid-Atlantic Region, and has been in the industry since 2012, previously holding positions at Amphenol Aerospace. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Hartwick College with minors in Finance and Economics. As a fun fact, Matt makes a point of visiting as many food spots from Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives as he can while traveling.
Business Development Director - Tekna Seal
Mike joined Winchester Electronics in 2016, having been with Winchester acquisition, Tekna Seal, since 2011. He is an American Society for Quality member and has been in the manufacturing industry since 2002. He has a degree from Anoka Technical College for CNC Manufacturing Technology, and gives back to his community by volunteering as a safety advisor for FIRST – a robotics competition for high school students. As a fun fact, Mike is working on his pilot’s license so that he can speed and not have to worry about stoplights.
Northwest Sales Coordinator
Minni joined Winchester in 2016 as Sales Coordinator for the Northwest region. She has a Bachelor of Science from San Francisco State University in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business. Her prior roles include Human Resources for technology companies, and Marketing for both a Solar start-up and a PCB manufacturer. Minni is extremely involved in giving back to her community; organizations or services include United Way Bay Area, SF Bay Area Oxfam Action Corps, Global Citizen, youth graffiti art workshops, and has organized, written grants for, and set up a community garden. As a fun fact, Minni was once trapped in quicksand for 5 hours as a teenager.
North Central Regional Sales Manager
Pat has been with Winchester since 2013 and has 20 years of industry experience. He covers the Upper Midwest Territory and is passionate about doing what others say cannot be done. He gives back to his community by being a Wish Granter for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and, as a fun fact, he was the 85 lb. City Wrestling Champion in the 8th grade.
Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales Manager
Rob joined Winchester in 1999, but has experience in the industry since 1987. He holds his Bachelor of Arts from Penn State and his MBA from Sacred Heart University. Rob will be covering the Mid-Atlantic region, specifically New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. He gives back to his community by coaching youth soccer, and he is passionate about exercising and staying active with soccer, running, biking, and kayaking.
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Ross has been with Winchester since 2012 as Director of Business Development, and previously held roles at Longroad Asset Management, deVisscher & Co, and Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Economics from Middlebury College, and an MBA with an Accounting and Corporate Finance concentration from Boston College. A fun fact about Ross is that he once participated in throwing out the ceremonial first pitch at Fenway Park.
Business Development Manager - TRU Corporation
Scott joined the team in 2015 when TRU Corporation was acquired. Prior to Winchester, Scott has 34 years of experience with TRU Corporation, ultimately reaching the role of President. He currently contributes as a Vertical Marketing Manager for the Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturer market. He earned both an Associate in Applied Science and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Rochester Institute of Technology. Scott makes a difference in the community by volunteering and, as a fun fact, holds US Patent #5087054 for “Dunk the Clown Inc” which he started and invented as President of his high school class.
Ruggedized Industrial Division Sales
Sean joined Winchester in 2015 and is passionate about developing interconnect solutions that solve customer problems. He serves locally on the Chicago Council on Foreign Policy and gives back to his community by serving on the parent board for the local YMCA swim team and is acting Operations Manager for swim meets. As a fun fact, Sean is into adventure activities like skydiving, scuba diving, rock climbing, and triathalons.
Sales Manager - Canada
Steve has been with Clements National since 2006 and, through company acquisition, with Winchester since 2012 after working in the industry since 1974. He has held positions with Pyle-Canada, Amphenol, and Dutrol International in various managerial and sales roles. He is a member of the Toronto Railway Club, and gives back to his community by bringing his dog, Fantom, to area Senior rest homes for Pet Therapy. His fun facts are that he is an avid golfer, and his two dogs act as sentinels for his office.
Southeast Regional Sales Manager
Torrey joined Winchester in 2015 with 14 years of experience in the industry. He has previously held roles in distribution of cable assemblies, harnesses, kits, and value add projects, including being a Sr. Account Representative for Wesco Distribution. He covers the Southeast Region and he is passionate about creating solutions and building customer relationships. He gives back to the community by participating in fundraising opportunities and church-related outreach. As a fun fact, Torrey is a high school basketball official and has been selected to work in 10 straight high school state championship games. He’s hoping for number 11 this year as well.
South Central Sales Coordinator
Tyler joined the Winchester team in October 2016 as a Sales Coordinator for the South Central region after previous technical, project, and sales roles with Data Center Systems. He has a degree in Psychology from University of Georgia and gives back to his community by volunteering at the North Texas food bank. As a fun fact, Tyler was once charged at by a moose while walking home from work in Wyoming.
